  1. Turn Wood Waste Into Profit

Presented by Michael Jungblut, Stiles Machinery

As material cost rise, the woodworking industry needs to reconsider the way we look at wood waste disposal from operational cost to an energy product. Join Michael Jungblut, product specialist for Stiles Machinery, as he engages in a discussion about how briquetting wood waste is ideal for all woodworking industry segments and how densified wood waste serves as a prospective energy alternative.

  2. Finishing Advances to Meet Current & Future Environmental Demands

Presented by Robert J. Kostelnik, Cefla Finishing America, Inc.

We will define and discuss alternative"Green" coatings systems and finishing equipment that are available to those manufacturers that must change finishing methods in order to meet LEEDS certification or regulatory requirements. There is considerable conflicting ideas of "Green" within the finishing industry that will debated and hopefully clarified.
