DREW W. COLBY is the founding partner of Colby Law Office, P.C. and has practiced construction law for over 20 years (www.construction-lawyers.com). Attorney Colby represents owners, design professionals, general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers on all construction related matters including payment issues, performance claims, and contract drafting and negotiating. Attorney Colby publishes a quarterly construction newsletter and has published numerous other articles in law journals and trade magazines. Additionally, he is a frequent lecturer on construction topics. Attorney Colby taught construction law at the Wentworth Institute of Technology in the Construction Management Program and presently serves on Wentworth's Industrial and Professional Advisory Committee.

KERRI E. CAMARA: Prior to joining Colby Law Office, P.C., Ms. Camara graduated from the prestigious Roger Williams University School of Law ranked Number 5 in her class. Her construction experience extends over 9 years, most recently as a Contract Administrator. Ms. Camara also earned an Advanced Mediation Certificate from Brown University.

MICHAEL A. ZEYTOONIAN is a partner at Hutchings, Barsamian, Mandelcorn & Zeytoonian, LLP in Wellesley Hills, MA, focusing on employment and business law, collaborative law and mediation. He previously served in the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York as a deputy overseeing litigation in Westchester, Rockland and Putnam Counties. His undergraduate education was at Boston College and Iona College; his J. D. from Pace University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and New York and the state courts of Connecticut. He is a member of the American, Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations, employment and alternative dispute resolution sections/committees. He is a member and past President of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council, a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professions Civil Practice Section, the New England Association for Conflict Resolution and the International Ombudsman Association. He has written and presented frequently on dispute resolution and civil Collaborative Law.
