The F.W. Honerkamp Co. was founded in 1871 in NYC. as a lumber importer. Plywood became the major product distributed in the 1930's. Today the company's specialty is high quality hardwood plywood. Many different species, including a number of tropical origin are stocked. Shipments can be sent to any New England manufacturer.

Honerkamp was one of the first to stock and distribute States Industries "NOVA" prefinished panels and Tafisa brand flake and melamine.

The company also processes custom panel orders. The veneer is sourced and manufacturing supervised to ensure the panels are completed on time. Calls on architectural firms are scheduled to familiarize designers with new species and clarify specifications.

Honerkamp now has several veneer and custom plywood mfg sources. Any species can be used for custom panel layup. Doors can be sequenced with panels. Samples available.
